HOW TO JOIN
1. Buy any specially marked Hershey’s products (bars) and look for the unique code found on the pack. The code corresponds to raffle entries to get a chance to win a trip for 4 to Boracay Island, Philippines (3 Days, 2 Nights Stay) via Zest Air. Other consolation prizes at stake are 2 units of LG LCD TV (32 inches / 81.28cm) and 10 Mercury Drug Gift Certificate worth Php 6,600 each.

HOW TO EARN RAFFLE ENTRIES:
1. To earn raffle entries, simply text HERSHEYS
to 2600. Cost of sending a text message is P2.50 for Globe and Smart, and P2 for Sun.

3. A confirmation message will be sent upon receiving the raffle entry. Should consumers not receive the confirmation message, they may inquire at Tel. No. 217-3676 from Mondays to Fridays, 9AM to 6PM.
4. After the first time a code is sent, consumers will be prompted to register to validate their entry. Registration is FREE of charge.

RAFFLE DRAWS AND PRIZES:
Grand Prize is a trip for 4 to Boracay Island, Philippines. Grand Draw is scheduled on April 30, 2011

2. Entries can only win once, in the event a person wins twice or more, he/she will be entitled to receive the bigger prize he/she won. However, all entries will be qualified for the grand prize.
3. All winners will be electronically drawn at Xurpas, Inc. located at A-51 Zeta Building, Salcedo St., Legaspi Village, Makati. All draws will be done in the presence of a BFAD representative, a Leap Solutions representative and a Hershey’s representative.

HOW TO CLAIM PRIZES:

- 2 Valid IDs
- SIM card with mobile number corresponding to the registered entry
- Hershey’s Chocolate wrapper with the winning code
- Registered mail sent to the winner (for consolation prize and Trip winners only)
2. Winners can claim their prizes at Leap Solutions located at 9/F IBM Plaza, Eastwood City, Libis, Quezon City.
3. Pocket money for the trip to Boracay Island will be shouldered by winner. Prizes in kind are not convertible to cash.
4. Taxes of all prizes above P10,000 shall be shouldered by Hershey’s.
5. In the event that the winner cannot provide the necessary requirements, the next back-up winner will take the place of that winner with the approval of BFAD.
6. Winners must claim their prizes within 60 days from the receipt of notification. Prizes not claimed within the 60-day period shall be forfeited.
7. All employees of Hershey’s Philippines, Leap Solutions, Valiant Distribution Inc., Mercury Drug Corporation, Promosphere, REV/RRK Industries, Xurpas, Globe Telecom, Innove Communications, Smart Communications, Digitel Philippines, its agencies and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
